Barcelona, Day 2: Gaudi Day

Freitag, 12 April

Today I saw all the Gaudi.

First stop, Casa Batllo:

Yes, this roof exists in real life. No Photoshopping, honest.

Next, Sagrada Familia. Definitely my favorite cathedral in the world:

The stained glass windows are still being filled with their colored glass (see left).

Like a forest.

Back facade.

One of two kinds of sea turtles (not including me, silly).

For the holy water.

Four of twelve complete.

 Parque Guell:

Casa MilĂ , at sunset:

Then I found a tapa place hopping with locals from when I arrived at 10pm until I left at 12pm:

You paid by the sticks left on your plate. Chatted with a very good humored British couple, who bought me a couple drinks and tapas throughout the night...

So much deliciousness!
