Rottmayr and Museumsquartier

Today I had the incredible opportunity to see Rottmayr's restored frescoes on the dome of the Karlskirche up close:






Proof this church is Rococo era: a characteristic seashell, which is what rococo translates to in French.


Painted architecture. Not all of that marble you see there is real.
 Later, there was a summer festival in Museumsquartier, and all the museums were freeeeeee:

Totally PACKED. Could not pass through to MUMOK on the far side easily.
