Vienna, Day 8: Smoky Cafe
Montag, 21 Jänner
Today I wandered the oldest of Vienna, behind the Stephansdome. I came across many a quaint alley:
Then I found a cozy cafe slightly off the beaten path, that was very smokey, but the waitress and gentleman beside me were most freundlich
(friendly). The gentleman beside me even helped me translate some
of the menu. Dankeschön! Everyone was either reading the newspaper, chatting with
friends, or taking their time working on the laptop as they smoked; time
seems to slow.
